Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nexhem.com Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Complaints (Reklamationer)

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

If you discover a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time. A complaint made within 2 months of discovering the defect is always considered to be within a reasonable time.

If a product is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@nexhem.com, so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
